The Problem

What Needed Solving

Before an Advisory Committee meeting, a sponsor's team has to be ready for whatever the panel asks, and answer with the right supporting slide in seconds.

The people preparing are spread across companies and time zones: internal experts, outside consultants, medical writers and presentation specialists. They need one shared, secure view of every question, every draft answer and every slide.

What I Did

  • One Flat View of the Q&A

    Each question sits with its response, its responder and its slides in a single view, so nobody has to dig through folders or email threads to see where an answer stands.

  • Slide-First Cards

    Clinical slides are dense. Cards show each slide as a preview with its status beside it, so a team can scan a large bank of answers quickly.

  • Organised by How Teams Prepare

    Navigation follows the preparation workflow (presentations, Q&A slides, slide requests, messages, issues and questions) rather than how the data is stored.

  • Find Any Slide in Seconds

    A search and filter panel narrows the slide bank by keyword, category, responder, slide number and tier, so the right answer is never more than a few clicks away.
